Despite making an error at this obstacle, he responded gamely to pressure, keeping on to take fourth entering the home straight and closing on the placed horses all the way to the line and being beaten by 10l. It is worth noting that two of the three horses who finished in front of him had cost €90,000 and €52,000 at the store sales and the winner Monster Truck recently made £530,000 at the Cheltenham Festival sale , highlighting the quality of the opposition that he encountered in what was likely a quality contest.
